Account registration at Serubet is free of charge. Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and a valid email address.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Serubet. Holding more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different phone number, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited. This violation will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential Serubet yours. Do not share this information with anyone. Serubet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. Any bonus credited to your account must be "rolled over" according to the specified multiplier before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. For example, if the rollover is 5x and you receive a bonus of RM100, you must place a total of RM500 in bets before a withdrawal is permitted.
Every bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not met within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without any compensation.
Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per phone number, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Serubet reserves the right to reject bonus claims suspected of abuse or manipulation.
Members may choose to cancel an active bonus at any time through account settings. Upon cancellation, the bonus balance will be forfeited, but your cash balance will remain unaffected, provided no active bets are in progress using those bonus funds.

All game outcomes at Serubet are final and binding unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated. Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent third-party body to ensure fairness.
For Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports — bet settlements are based on official match results as announced by the relevant sporting authority. Serubet reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances such as match cancellations or officially disputed results.
In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, Serubet reserves the right to void the relevant spin or bet and refund the stake to the member's account. Winnings obtained during an unconfirmed technical disruption will not be credited until the investigation is complete.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. The general minimum bet is RM1 for most games. Maximum limits depend on game type, VIP level, and current market conditions. Serubet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with appropriate notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform Serubet and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
Serubet uses a sophisticated fraud detection system that continuously monitors account activity. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
